1. Only people under the following conditions can participate in this group:
   1. Supporters of the Spiritist Doctrine who want to obtain its teachings but who, in the condition of deeper ignorance of its teachings, will refrain from taking a voice to criticize or put ideas and points of view. The doubts that arise from them, if they are easily clarified in the basic works, will be directed to them, so that the studies are not delayed by basic doubts. Over time, these people may become active participants, but before that, if they insist, they may be silenced or even expelled from the group, in more extreme cases.
   2. People who are openly Spiritists, knowledgeable with some depth of the Spiritist Doctrine, that is, having already carried out studies, at least, of the Spirits' Book, who will be able to participate actively in the study meetings that are organized.
2. People who, without humility and without the purpose of surrendering to the clearest explanations and evidences, already confirmed by Spiritism, will not be accepted and, if they are, they may be expelled from the group with the sole purpose of causing a stir or controversy. .
3. This group is not about politics.. Spiritism, in itself, is a transforming movement of ideas, but it should not be used as an electoral platform for any political ideology, for the reasons already mentioned. in this article.
4. To participate in the Group, the proposing member will need, in addition to agreeing to this regiment, go through a small questionnaire, consisting of multiple questions, so that we can assess their current state of knowledge and better adapt the direction of the studies.
5. The participant of this group agrees with the need to, for a good understanding, study the recommended base works, without which they may be incapable of understanding the subjects. Since time is a scarce and valuable resource, long lapses of time will not be taken to return to what is well explained in the works indicated. 
6. The member of the Group who proves to be oblivious to the necessary practice of good tone in conversations and discussions, with the necessary use of charity, humility, patience, in short, good virtues, you can be expelled from the group.
7. Any medium participating in this group undertakes to practice mediumship according to the precepts of Spiritism, not charging in any way for mediumistic work. By acting contrary to this very important precept, you may be expelled from the group.
8. The present Group is under the representative presidency of its founder, Paulo Degering Rosa Junior, for an indefinite period. Of course, other people can start their own groups, which we encourage and support.
9. The presidency of this group has the sole purpose of organizing themes, subjects, media, meetings, etc. and, in the case of this group becoming a civilly registered entity, representing it legally.
10. The president of this Group, at any time, undertakes never to make his personal opinion the object of disagreement or repression to the other members, one and the other always acting in accordance with this regiment and with the Group's objectives.
11. In the absence of the chairman of this Group, for a predefined period or for periods of time with a foreseeable end, the other members of the group, in harmony, shall deliberate on matters pertaining to the organization and general administration.
12. In the indefinite or definitive absence of the chairman of this Group, the other members shall decide on the election of a new chairman, who will continue to comply with the precepts set forth herein.
13. This group and its purposes will never be:
    1. geared towards personal gains of any kind
    2. aimed at psychographics with purposes only personal data, such as psychographed letters from deceased relatives, unless these present significant gains to studies in general.
14. Any and all material produced on behalf of the Group must comply with applicable copyright laws and must be publicly available, free of charge, as a way of serving the greater purposes of enlightening humanity.
15. For the time being, as there is no legal registration of an entity, this group will not have treasury or accountability. Any kind of donation on behalf of the group will be made in a personal way, without representation or contestability. 
16. We remember the always so important recommendation that no member put himself in a position to seek to exercise mediumship, even with the best goodwill, without having (1) a lot of knowledge and balance and (2) the support of other people and a environment both very well balanced in the cultivation of prayer, charity and the Gospel.
